![]() lol well then I went to their Contact information. When you try to download the Company Profile, from THEM mind you, it returns a 404 Error. ![]() Much talk but little real information about, well. The poor syntax of the writing continues. Stock, generic photos of their "employees" abound. then I made the mistake of going to their website. I can get by with both of those "issues" and have before with other software. Yes, I'd never heard of this product before and yes the developers could use another year or two of English instruction (at least their spokesperson here). I'm sort of in the market for another anti-malware product and a free "Pro" version with a years free database access seemed like a real deal. Well, I tried hard to trust this giveaway, really hard. And I will keep it in my security folder as a backup manual scanner. So that's it: List all drives and give a right click option to scan a file/folder. ![]() With BD, MBAM, Super, and Emsi, any file or folder that I right click I am given an option to scan it with one or another of these. My second complaint is that it doesn't place an option in the right click menu to scan a file or folder. But I have two drives or partitions and would like that option just in case. I couldn't find a place to choose which drive/partition to scan. On the surface, Secure Hunter performed just like one would expect. Ran a quick scan without issue and no nasties found. Everything went well(download, install, update, etc.). But I decided to give Secure Hunter Pro a try anyway. For manual second opinion/security scans I use up to date versions of MBAM, Emsisoft, and Superantispyware. My full time security is handled by Bitdefender Total Security.
